It is in our DNA; in some it is deeply hidden, in others just below the surface. We want to be wild, we want to break free, we want to break free from chains, from traditions, from… Yes, from so much, but the purest and most honest form is wild in the heart. You feel that the heart is the cradle of your connection with the Divine. If your heart is lethargic and devoid of joy and passion, then the connection is lukewarm. If your heart overflows with passion for the Higher Power, then we call it a wild heart in the sense of going wild.
Wild also stands for survival, for fearlessness, for defiance. Just as many missionaries usually were. Do you dare to think and act outside the box when it comes to faith? Are you wild enough? Would you dare to live alone in the wild as a hermit? Are you wild enough to express and proclaim your conviction?

Het zit in ons DNA, bij sommigen heel diep verscholen, bij anderen juist onder de oppervlakte. We willen wild zijn, we willen uitbreken, we willen loskomen van ketens, van tradities, van… Ja van zo veel, maar de meest zuivere en eerlijke vorm is wild in het hart. Je voelt dat het hart de bakermat is van je connectie met het Goddelijke. Als je hart loom is en zonder levensvreugde en zonder passie, dan is de connectie luw. Als je hart overloopt van passie voor het Hogere, dan noemen we het een wild hart in de zin van wild tekeer gaan.
Wild staat ook voor overleving, voor onbevreesd, voor uitdagend. Zoals vele missionarissen dat meestal ook waren. Durf jij buiten de box denken en handelen als het over geloof gaat? Ben je wild genoeg? zou je als heremiet alleen durven leven in het wild? Ben je wild genoeg om je overtuiging te uiten en te verkondigen?
