Cleanliness is a concept that reappears in every religion. Bathing, washing feet, baptism. There are three levels of cleanliness, and washing the body is the first. If we do this consciously, the second layer, the emotional body, is also cleansed. Consciously means going through all the chakras and cleansing a specific mantra each time. But the most important layer is the thoughts. What are you thinking about? Do your thoughts wander to lust or greed? Do you feel revenge or envy? Turn everything around to positive thoughts. Even if your human thoughts keep recurring, keep going to turn them around and thus cleanse them. From the beginning of your path to the end, cleansing remains essential.

Reinheid is een begrip dat terugkeert in elke religie. Het baden, het wassen van de voeten, het doopsel. Er zijn drie lagen van reinheid en het wassen van het lichaam is de eerste laag. Als we dit bewust doen wordt de tweede laag, het emotionele lichaam, mee gereinigd. Bewust betekent dat je alle chakra’s doorloopt en telkens een specifieke mantra reinigt. Maar de belangrijkste laag zijn de gedachten. Waaraan denk je? Dwalen je gedachten af naar begeerte of hebzucht. Voel je wraak of afgunst. Draai alles om naar positieve gedachten. Zelfs al blijven je menselijke gedachten terugkomen, blijf doorgaan om het om te draaien en dus te reinigen. Van in het begin van je pad tot op het einde blijft reinigen noodzakelijk.
