Tidying up is a necessity in life. Consciously looking at things, the objects you own. In today’s society we buy things we don’t need, we pile them up. Most of the time we don’t really need them. Hermits live with the minimum, the poor live with the minimum.

Happiness is not determined by what you have or own. That’s why tidying up is a good habit, it creates space but also the experience that you can do with less, that it’s best to continue, tidying up. The process or task also makes you think about all the peripheral aspects such as money, environmental impact, choice of materials, origin, etc.

The result can be that you start living more consciously. Everything you didn’t need, or didn’t use in a certain period, you sell or give away.
